The Midway Volunteer Fire Department No. 13 recently earned the recognition of certification of 75% of its department in National Professional Qualifications Standards from the Office of the State Fire Commissioner. Members recently attended a meeting of the Robinson Township Board of Supervisors to share this honor with the Township, who contracts fire service with Midway.
